Rejoice all Vocaloid fans (Especially Rin/Len fans)! I've just found "Synchronicity 3 : 巡る世界のレクイエム / Meguru Sekai no Requiem (Requiem of the Spinning World)" on wikia.
For now, there isn't any more/detailed information yet about the meaning or the story of this song because it had just uploaded today. The song's video is not subbed yet and for now my Japanese is not very good. If you want to know more about Synchronicity trilogy you can read the translation of Synchronicity web novel from http://synchro.ninja-web.net/ here. It's already on chapter 3.
